Daily Maintenance and Care of Loaders

1. Fuel and Lubricating Oil Inspection Fuel Inspection: Check the fuel tank level and quality before daily startup. If impurities or moisture are found, clean or replace the fuel promptly. Lubricating Oil Inspection: Check the oil levels in the engine oil pan, transmission, drive axle, and other components. Add lubricating oil that meets specifications when levels are insufficient. 2. Hydraulic System Maintenance Oil Level and Quality: Check the hydraulic oil tank level. If the oil has deteriorated, emulsified, or contains impurities, replace it. Pipelines and Seals: Inspect hydraulic pipelines and fittings for leaks, and repair or replace seals promptly. 3. Tires and Braking System Tire Inspection: Ensure tire pressure meets standards, remove debris from tread patterns, and check for damage or bulges. Braking System: Check the brake fluid level and quality, test pedal travel and braking performance, and replace severely worn brake pads.
