1. The mast must not be deformed, and welds must not be detached. The rolling clearance between the inner and outer masts should be properly adjusted and shall not exceed 1.5mm; the rollers should move flexibly, and the roller shafts should be free of cracks and defects. The wear amount of the wheel groove shall not exceed 10% of the original dimension.
2. The tension of the two lifting chains should be uniform, without twisting or deformation, and both ends should be securely connected. The chain pitch should not exceed 4% of the original length; otherwise, the chain should be replaced. The sprockets should rotate flexibly.
3. The fork tines must not be severely deformed, and welds must not be detached. The fork surface must be free of cracks and weld seams. The root angle of the front fork shall not exceed 93°, and the thickness shall not be less than 90% of the original dimension. The height difference between the left and right fork tips shall not exceed 3% of the horizontal section length of the fork. The positioning of the forks should be reliable, and the load-bearing and positioning surfaces of the fork hooks must not have obvious defects. The fit clearance between the forks and the fork carriage should not be excessive, and movement should be smooth.
4. The connection between the lift cylinder and the mast should be secure, and the hinges between the tilt cylinder and the mast and frame should be firm and flexible, with no excessive fit clearance. The cylinders should be well sealed, free of cracks, and operate smoothly. Under rated load, the self-settling amount of the mast within 10 minutes shall not exceed 20mm, and the tilt angle shall not exceed 0.5°. At full load, the lifting speed should not be less than half of the standard value.
5. The overhead guard and load backrest must be complete and effective.
6. Standing on the forks for work is strictly prohibited, and using a single fork to lift overweight loads is not allowed.
7. Forklift operators should be equipped with a forklift driving license, and one forklift should not be driven by multiple operators.
