How to Properly Maintain a Loader

Start the engine, keep the gauge pressure reading at the maximum level, then shut off the engine. With two people working together, press the brake pedal while loosening the bleeder screw on the brake caliper to drain the brake fluid inside. Replace the brake fluid every 1,200 hours or within two years. After boosting with the booster pump, pour in brake fluid and monitor the oil level, loosen the bleeder screw on the brake caliper, press the brake pedal several times to bleed the air from the system until clean fluid flows out without bubbles. Regularly inspect and replace the brake fluid: for optimal performance, use high-quality brake fluid and never mix different types of brake fluid.
