Tire wear standards are based on a visual inspection of whether the tire cords are exposed. The worn tires of BMX trailer tires should be less than 8 centimeters. Check whether the forklift mast is loose, and tighten it if loose. 4. Check whether the battery terminals are secure and reliable. 5. Check for oil, water, or gas leaks, and check whether the radiator is low on coolant. When inspecting, pay attention to the vehicle temperature. First observe the value on the water temperature gauge. If the temperature exceeds 50 degrees, it is forbidden to open the radiator cap to prevent splash accidents. The standard for adding coolant to the radiator is: the coolant level should be at the lower edge of the radiator cap. 6. Check whether engine oil is leaking or low. Before checking, the forklift must remain stationary for more than ten minutes to avoid inaccurate oil level readings due to oil not having returned to the oil pan in time. When checking the dipstick, ensure it is clean. If the oil level is below the lower mark on the dipstick, add oil promptly, and the amount added must not exceed the upper mark on the dipstick. 7. Check whether the engine belt, fan belt, and alternator belt show signs of looseness or wear. 8. Check whether the engine has any oil leaks and whether the bearings have any abnormalities. 9.
