1. Choose the Right Tires for Forklift Operations Choosing the right tires is the first step to ensuring optimal performance of industrial solid tires. Only by installing the right tires on forklifts specifically designed for the application can the service life of industrial tires be maximized. 2. Inspect Tires Regularly Inspect tires at least once a week, and daily if possible. Watch for and remove debris such as broken glass, nails, and embedded metal chips from tires. If inspection reveals irregular or excessive tread wear, this is usually caused by mechanical issues such as brake failure or improper wheel alignment, and should be repaired immediately upon discovery. 3.
