The gears on the chassis are manufactured using a full grinding process, achieving high precision (automotive-grade) and low noise. The LT500 chassis exclusively employs an 8+8 shuttle shift combined with a full-engagement sleeve shift structure in the industry. Bearings use imported replacement bearings, and the gear ratios are scientifically matched, enabling a travel speed of up to 40 km/h with a longer service life. 3. The entire vehicle's cover panels and welded sheet metal parts adopt an electrophoretic coating process (all welded sheet metal parts, including lifters, front brackets, and floor plates, undergo electrophoresis), providing superior rust prevention and reducing the likelihood of corrosion. 4.
