No power in the entire vehicle: Check whether the battery disconnect switch is closed, and check whether the main fuse next to the starter motor is blown. If it is blown, replace it with a new fuse promptly. Grain tank full but no alarm: Open the cover below the dashboard, check whether the fuses in the fuse box and the flasher relay are blown. If they are blown, replace them with new fuses promptly. High-position 360° unloading auger tube does not rotate: a. Check whether the unloading control lever on the console is damaged; b. Check whether the connector under the motor protection controller is loose, and inspect the indicator light status of the motor protection controller to determine if there is a fault; c. Check whether the 2 limit switches on the left and right sides of the unloading auger have returned to position; d. Check whether the unloading auger rotation motor is damaged.
