Why is the exhaust emission of a rough terrain forklift abnormal?

The reasons for abnormal exhaust emissions from rough terrain forklifts are as follows: 1. Smoke emission: If the diesel engine load of the rough terrain forklift exceeds the requirement, the load should be reduced so that the fuel supply to each cylinder is within the specified range and evenly distributed. If the valve clearance is incorrect or the valve sealing is poor, it should be adjusted and the defects eliminated; if the injection advance angle is too small and the injection is too late, causing part of the fuel to fail to burn in the exhaust pipe, it should be adjusted. In addition, if the elastic gas seal of the turbocharger is burned or worn, or there is leakage on the surface of the turbine joint, the connecting screws should be tightened to address it. 2. White smoke from the exhaust: Poor atomization of the fuel injector and fuel dripping. If the injection pressure is too low, the nozzle parts should be inspected and repaired or replaced, and the injection pressure should be adjusted to the specified range. When the diesel engine has just started, combustion in each cylinder is insufficient (especially in winter), so the speed and load should be appropriately increased, and the operating time should be extended. 3. Blue smoke in the exhaust emissions: The air filter is clogged, the intake port is not unobstructed, or there is too much oil in the oil pan (oil-bath air filter). The air filter should be removed and inspected, and the oil should be lowered to the specified level. If the chamfer direction of the piston ring is installed reversely during installation, oil will enter the combustion chamber, so the piston ring should be installed correctly and replaced if necessary. Long-term operation under low load (less than 40% of rated power) makes it easy for oil to seep into the combustion chamber, so the load should be appropriately increased. If conditions permit, suitable oil should be selected, and according to the oil dipstick scale, oil should be added to the oil pan up to the specified level. 4. Water vapor condensation in the exhaust gas: There are cracks in the cylinder head, and coolant enters the cylinder, so the cylinder head should be replaced.
