Smoke emission: If the diesel engine of the rough terrain forklift is overloaded beyond requirements, the load should be reduced so that the fuel supply to each cylinder is within the specified range and evenly distributed. If the valve clearance is incorrect or the valve seal is poor, adjustments should be made and defects eliminated; if the fuel injection advance angle is too small or injection occurs too late, causing partial fuel to remain unburned in the exhaust pipe, adjustments should be made. In addition, if the turbocharger's elastic gas seal is burned or worn, or there is surface leakage at the turbine joint, the connecting bolts should be tightened to address the issue. 2. White smoke from exhaust: The fuel injector has poor atomization or dripping. If the injection pressure is too low, the nozzle components should be inspected and repaired or replaced, and the injection pressure adjusted to the specified range. When the diesel engine is just started, incomplete combustion in each cylinder (especially in winter) should be addressed by appropriately increasing speed and load, and extending operating time. 3. Blue smoke from exhaust emissions: The air filter is clogged, the air intake is not smooth, or there is excessive oil in the oil pan (for oil-bath air filters). The air filter should be removed and inspected, and the oil level reduced to the specified level.
