# Basic Requirements for Forklifts

1. Applicants for a forklift-specific equipment operator certificate must be at least 18 years old; 2. Be in good health and meet the specific physical requirements for the type of forklift operation applied for; 3. Have an educational level appropriate to the type of special equipment operation for which the forklift license is applied; 4. Have work experience suitable for the type of special equipment operation covered by the forklift license application; 5. Possess the corresponding safety technical knowledge and skills for forklift-specific equipment operators; 6. Comply with other requirements stipulated in the "Safety Technical Specification for Operators of Forklift License-Specific Equipment." Specific conditions shall be implemented in accordance with relevant safety technical specifications. Applicants for the "Special Equipment Operator Certificate" shall first register for the examination with the special equipment operator examination institution, and the certificate will be issued after passing the examination.
