Four-wheel drive rough terrain forklifts are specialized forklifts, mainly used in ports, swamps, forest lands, construction sites, mines, and other locations with harsh outdoor working conditions. Rough terrain forklifts have good power, off-road performance, and adaptability.
Our company has successfully independently developed a four-wheel drive off-road forklift with a rated load of 3.5 tons. The four-wheel drive rough terrain forklift adopts a torque converter hydraulic transmission with two forward and two reverse gears, which can not only achieve fast travel during rapid transition of the rough terrain forklift, but also achieve slow passage during cargo operations; the power output shafts at the front and rear of the transmission are connected to the off-road drive axle and steering axle through universal couplings. In addition, the four-wheel drive function of the 3.5-ton rough terrain forklift is an on-demand four-wheel drive, and the four-wheel drive function is controlled by a solenoid valve equipped on the transmission.
A differential lock is provided between the drive axle and steering axle of the 3.5-ton four-wheel drive off-road forklift to achieve the function of preventing tire slipping on muddy ground, greatly improving the climbing performance of the rough terrain forklift. The 3.5-ton rough terrain forklift can easily climb slopes of 45% to 50% under full load. The overall design of the rough terrain forklift features high ground clearance, and both front and rear wheels are equipped with "herringbone" large-pattern tires. The above special configurations achieve the excellent off-road performance, power, passability, and adaptability of the 3.5-ton rough terrain forklift.
The 3.5-ton four-wheel drive rough terrain forklift has a compact appearance, is stable and aesthetically pleasing. The width of the rough terrain forklift does not exceed 1.6 meters, and the overall length of the vehicle (excluding the forks) is 3.21 meters, giving the forklift a small turning radius and small required aisle width, making it maneuverable and flexible, suitable for working in harsh outdoor environments.
The gantry lifting system of the 3.5-ton four-wheel drive rough terrain forklift has a forward tilt angle of up to 8 degrees and a backward tilt angle of up to 12 degrees, with strong digging force.
