Friends familiar with forklifts may know that an assembly is a whole composed of a series of parts or products that achieve a specific function, and the collective term for this system is the assembly. Today, Weimaijun will introduce how to replace the friction disc assembly.
1. First, depress the clutch pedal to disengage the friction disc.
2. Turn the sliding screw on the upper end of the gearbox counterclockwise to retract the drive shaft into the gearbox.
3. Remove the pressure plate housing bolts to disengage it from the flywheel, and take out the old friction disc assembly.
4. Install the new friction disc assembly, noting that the end of the hub spline sleeve protruding longer should face the gearbox side.
5. Turn the sliding screw clockwise to gradually pull out the drive bearing, inserting it into the hub spline hole of the friction disc.
6. Once it is confirmed that the drive shaft has truly entered the intermediate bearing of the flywheel, lock the sliding screw and tighten it to the specified torque.
7. Mount the pressure plate housing onto the flywheel.
8. Also adjust the clutch pedal travel.
The above is the method for replacing the friction disc assembly on a forklift, hoping it can help everyone solve the problem.
